Tasks & responsibilities
Provide high quality, timely, evidence-based assessment and reports to the standard of expert witness testimony in the areas of personal injury law, family law and NDIS matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
Work within legislative, regulatory and scope of practice requirements
Confidently present occupational therapy opinion in Court or conclaves as needed

Requirements
Qualifications & experience
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA)
Professional indemnity insurance
Minimum 7 years’ experience across a range of clinical conditions and service settings
Current valid National Police Check & Working with Children Check
ABN holder, with the confidence to work professionally and with business acumen as a contractor
